Important legal change
12 million tenants pay for cable TV via their service charge bill. From June 30th 2024, the costs for cable TV may no longer be billed via the service charges. Your Smart HD subscription is automatically renewed for a further 30 days (6.49€/month) unless you have deactivated the automatic renewal at zattoo.com/account.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can easily cancel your subscription with a single click online at zattoo.com/account.
What are the minimum system requirements to use Zattoo?
We recommend a bandwidth of 50 Mbits/s with an Internet download speed of at least 5-8 Mbits/s for HD and Full HD streams.
